I am an artist who began working with sculpture 14 years ago. I began working in a very traditional way. I focused on the figure, and worked in only a few materials, those primarily being stone. I made a transition to the Bay Area, and went to CCA and my work took on a new phase. Through my education there, I began to see my work in a broader context. How does my work fit into a broader contemporary context.

In the last year I began to focus seriously on photography. I decided to recommit to my art this year and took a career training course - Digital Intensive. It has been through this experience, that I have begun to tie my sculpture and photography together.
